Four Seasons in Duck offers a wide array of ocean to sound amenities, all for use exclusively by owners and their guests. The winding roads meander through a well-planned community of single family homes surrounded by tall trees, sweeping dunes and water views.  The community spans ocean to sound in the heart of Duck, NC.

Vacationing in Four Seasons?

If you will be vacationing in Four Seasons, please note:  Once you have checked in with your rental company, be sure to also check in at the Four Seasons Recreation Center, located at 105 Four Seasons Lane (first building on the right when you enter the resort) to begin accessing the community amenities.

You must have your rental packet & house key in hand to provide to the gate keeper prior to accessing the Four Seasons gate.  Early arrivals will be required to provide a password.

Due to the large number of vacationers each weekend in the summer, community privileges and amenity use ends once you have checked out of your rental home.

If you have questions about the resort or the local area, just stop by the Recreation Center or call 252-261-5948.  Thanks!

What's Up, Duck?

The Town of Duck offers a wide and interesting array of summertime special events for all ages and interests.  Whether it be a yoga class or outdoor movie on the Town Green, the Tuesday morning Children's Theatre, the Wednesday morning Family Magic Show, the Thursday morning Children's Story Time, the Thursday evening Summer Music Series and more, there's something for everyone.
Click here for schedule and other details.

In addition, the Town of Duck sponsors two other fabulous special events each year.  The Independence Day Parade (held on July 4th, unless the 4th is on a Saturday or Sunday and then it is rescheduled) draws thousands of people to watch what Southern Living Magazine called one of the Top Five Small Town Parades. Four Seasons staff and owners decorate the trolley, ride in the parade, and hand out freezie-pops on the parade route. We were pleased to receive the award for Best Homeowners Association Float in 2013!

The town also hosts the Duck Jazz Festival (held the Sunday of Columbus Day Weekend each October).  This popular event features both local and worldwide talent and is free!
